An accident makes Deuan and Ton switch their bodies: Ton from an athletic young man to a gentle, clean and intelligence person and Deuan, a clean, neat and smart person, to a tough and very gutsy person. Their friends begin to suspect about their behavior.

X's body is once possessed by a female gender. So this time, his friends have an important duty to prove and show to the world that he really is a man, but most of the time the method and technique of proving create some misunderstandings, especially to the girl he has a crush on for a long time.

The movie starts with Ajay (Ajay Devgan) telling a boy that he should make his move on a girl he likes. The boy (who is his son) tells him that if he can go woo another older lady, he will tell the girl he likes about his feelings.

In England, Dr. Greg Fong invents a super steroid (SS160) which can cure virtually all illnesses and disorders (including impotence and idiocy) and generally makes someone superhuman. But his obsession with the super drug, begins making him mentally unbalanced. After the death of his co-worker, Fong returns to Hong Kong with his new wonder drug and begins working with old friend Dr. Mike Chow (Mark Cheng) Mike (who sells black market kidneys) then drugs and rapes his Fong's girlfriend Vivian who falls for him in return (!). Fong takes the affair as good reason to do a bit of human medical tests, and begins doing secret medical experiments on Dr. Chow, as well as a host of other patients, notably including policeman Chan Sum who begins turning superhuman.

A naive village girl, Valentýna, arrives in Prague and, under dramatic circumstances, becomes reluctantly entangled in the Karlín underworld as a novice prostitute controlled by the slimy gangster Pavouk and his bumbling henchman Milan. She repeatedly refuses the genuine support offered by the incorruptible mounted policeman Viktor Sokol, even as two eccentric observers serve as a choric commentary on the absurdities around them. Through parodic and poetic scenes, ranging from western-inspired mounted police sequences to a surreal “war” over exporting plastic gnomes, the film satirizes contemporary Czech society.

‘U-Turn’ follows the story of a reporter; Raveena who gets unvoluntary involved in a murder case conducted by the police as she investigates accidents on a flyover.
